Ordering/Shipping Information
Please allow 5 business days from the day of placing your order until the day it is shipped.
All orders are processed and shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
All domestic orders are shipped via insured UPS, either ground, 2-day or 3-day select, as you specify at the time of order. You will receive a UPS confirmation at the time of pick up which will allow you to track your order.
All international orders are shipped insured Global Priority U.S. Mail. Unfortunately packages cannot be tracked upon leaving the United States. While most Global Priority packages take 5-10 business days to arrive, please allow up to one month, as delivery time is primarily determined by the postal system of the recipient's country. US law requires that we declare the full value of the order for customs purposes. Please check with the custom's office in your own country to determine what import and brokerage fees may apply.

Domestic orders over $200 will have free shipping.
International orders over $300 will have free shipping.
